Hot Chocolates began many years ago with a passion for creating quality chocolates for family and friends, and has to grown be one of the largest chocolate shops on Vancouver Island. Committed to preserving their business as a small artisan shop, the team continues to build their business around core values of quality and freshness.
Nestled comfortably on Fifth Street, in the heart of the Valley, Hot Chocolates not only makes unforgettable chocolates, but also creates true Italian housemade Gelato & Sorbetto, house-made caramels and melt-in-your-mouth fudge.
Their techniques, guided by the traditions of the artisan chocolatier, include hand-dipping every one of their chocolate truffles and drawing from the region’s incredible bounty of fresh local ingredients whenever possible to flavour their creations.
