Just like the truck wanders, so does the menu, as it changes depending on the season and the fresh ingredients available. From fresh hand-cut fries to to roasted cauliflower korma and thyme-infused bone broth, this is far from your typical greasy food truck.
ROVE is the result of a dream come true for twins Devon and Tavis Shute, who grew up in the Comox Valley and have spent years amassing skills in various aspects of the culinary industry, from bartending to cooking. Their truck is also available for catering and to serve your guests at events.
