Since they opened in 2004, Martine’s Bistro has been kept busy creating gourmet bistro food for both locals and tourists alike. They are firm believers in supporting local, using fresh Comox Valley ingredients from local producers and suppliers, like Seiffert’s Farm Market and the resident fishermen based out of the Comox Marina. Their own garden is highlighted in their menu during the summer, inspiring their feature dishes with fresh rosemary, sage, mint, and many other herbs. And to top off the delicious food is the unmatched view over the Comox marina, which invites you to sit back, relax, and enjoy a glass of wine into the evening as you watch the sun set over the water.
